1. Set Your Intention

   Identify who or what you’re stomping for today. Maybe it’s yourself, a loved one, or something larger than yourself. Research shows that when we set the intention to sleep for someone, they feel more rested. With stomping for someone else, you could choose to set the intention that they find their inner authority (aka inner government) rather than seeking it outwardly. Visualize this as you begin.

2. Stomp Safely

Stand stable with feet shoulder-width apart. Lift one foot and bring it down intentionally, using the ground as your ally. Aim for 2 minutes. Work within your ap your feet if you need a gentler option. *Imagine* the impact if needed.

3. Reflect

Afterward, take a moment to sense how this grounding practice has impacted your body.
